I needed a separate flexible planner where I would easily swap around the notes to different days to make it work so just made one and it worked so well for me made a couple more.

I just stick the post it's right on the calendar and move them around so they work. 

For the more regular scheduled things like gym etc I used a tiny ball of blue tac.

I realize it doesn't take that much to scribble out and write the tasks again a different day, but when you are trying to organize and spread out a lot of tasks they get moved around a few times to work and when one changes, again. 

This just made it so much easier for me, hence making a couple to see if people are interested or not.
