~great care is taken to try and display the product as close to reality as I can, however everyone's screen is different and lighting plays a huge role also.
Please keep this in mind for where you want to place your print in your home and the possible slight deviation of how it shows on my screen as opposed to yours
~please remove them from any packaging as soon as you can
~not necessary but advisable, please keep out of direct sunlight. Sunlight makes everything it touches fade.

Q: Is anything you sell, other than prints on a wall designed for children?

A: NO.
Children have special requirements that I can't cater for sorry.

Q: I have allergies, are the items in your store non-allergenic?

A: The majority of items are fashion jewellery! and while all non-precious metals are marked as non-allergenic from supplier, they still may be because...
Everyone has different allergies or skin!
Every effort is made to document and display each item, again please look at pictures and ask concerns
If any allergies please always check first with me before purchase.
I don't specifically cater for allergies (sorry I'm not a doctor) but I do list each item used in production for you to make an informed decision.

Taking care of your Jewellery

A: The most basic way for maximum longevity and shine is to keep it clean.
acidity from your skin, cleansers, makeup and perfume , chemicals in the air, in the water all work to destroy your jewellery
Storing your clean jewellery in small compartments or separate bags, air free, not only prevents tangles but is added protection from air borne chemicals.
put it on last and take it off first to minimise contact with cosmetics and perfume
try to avoid wearing your jewellery in the bath and shower, in the pool or bodies of water to help minimize exposure to chemicals

Every lifestyle and skin is different which means it acts differently with different metals

I'm so sorry.
But as of this time - no.
It's not because I don't like you guys and girls, it's just because there is so much extra to do in order to sell to you that it is very confusing and I'm frighted of not getting it right.

I ordered a print and have changed my mind

If you contact me before it's been printed and sent, I am absolutely happy to cancel it for you
However,
If you waited too long and it's on it's way to you, obviously I can't cancel then 😣
I will see what we can work out depending on print, because I want you to be happy

My print arrived damaged

I'm so sorry this happened, as you can see they are packaged carefully.
Please take pictures of everything and get in contact with me as soon as you can.
We can get it sorted 😊

Why is my print a different color to the screen

Whatever screen you view it from, is going to be backlit.
I try and get it as close to what you see as possible...
However,
Every one is seeing something DIFFERENT.
it's because of the device you're looking at it from, it's settings, down to it's age and everything in between, including the lighting in which you look at the print.
There is simply no way around this.

Can you frame or mount my print?

I will be providing up gradable options in the future, however in the meantime,
